Player of the Week (Jan. 28-Feb. 3) - Chaminade senior forward Marko Kolaric (Novi Sad, Serbia) has been chosen the PacWest Player of the Week. The honor is for games contested from Jan. 28 through Feb. 3. Kolaric averaged a double-double last week as Chaminade split a pair of games with conference-rival Hawai`i Pacific. The 7'0 senior led the PacWest in rebounding by averaging 14.5 boards per game. Kolaric also averaged 13.0 points per game by shooting 75.0% (12 for 16) from the field.
The Swords are currently ranked third in the NCAA West Region and receiving votes in the NABC National poll with a 15-5 record, 10-1 in the Pac West.
Chaminade is back in action Wednesday night against second place BYU-Hawaii in McCabe Gym. Game time is set for 7:30 PM. The game will be televised by OC 16.
