Rohndell Goodwin was named to the 2016 Maui Jim Maui Invitational All-Tournament as voted by the media on Wednesday.
The senior from Oakland, California, was the third-highest scorer in the tournament, averaging 20.0 points per game in all three games. He is the first Silversword to be named to the Maui Jim Maui Invitational All-Tournament Team since De'Andre Haskins in 2012.
Goodwin had 18 points Monday against No. 4 North Carolina, 20 against UConn Tuesday and 22 against Tennessee on Wednesday.
UNC's Joel Berry II was selected as the Dr. Sue Wesselkamper Most Valuable Player for helping to lead the Tar Heels to the Maui Jim Maui Invitational championship. Teammate Kennedy Meeks was also selected. Also named were Oklahoma State's Jawun Evans, UConn's Jalen Adams and Wisconsin's Ethan Happ.
It's the second time this season that Goodwin has been named to an all-tournament team. He was also named to the PacWest/GNAC Challenge All-Tournament Team on Nov. 12.
The 'Swords open Pacific West Conference action next Wednesday against Hawai'i Hilo at McCabe Gym.
