LIVERMORE, Calif. – The Chaminade University men's golf team concluded the final round of the Notre Dame de Namur Invitational on Tuesday with a 334.
The Silverswords' 54-hole total was 1,002 for a 13th-place finish at the par-72 Poppy Ridge Golf Course.
Jeren Nishimoto (Honolulu/Kaiser) carded his best round of the tournament with a 5-over-par 77 to finish with a team-low score of 236.
Schuyler Peterson (Huntington Beach, Calif./Mater Dei) shot an 85 in the final round for a 247.
Colby Gunderson (Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Castle) finished with a 257 followed by
Kalani Frazier (Kapolei, O'ahu, Hawai'i/Kapolei) at 266.
The Silverswords will remain on the road and participate in the Tim Tierney Shootout, hosted by Cal State East Bay, at the par-72 Corica Park South Course from March 16 to 17 in Alameda, Calif.
