Seasiders Sweep Swords

Honolulu HI - For the second time in as many days, the Chaminade University women's volleyball team came out on the losing end to the BYUH Seasiders. The Swords fell 3-0 on Saturday at McCabe Gymnasium, dropping Chaminade to 8-8 overall and 3-2 in PacWest Conference play, while the Seasiders improved to 14-2 and 6-0.

Kahala Kabalis continued to pace the Swords with 14 kills. Valasi Sepulona added 8 kills and 10 digs. Michelle Norman accounted for all 33 of CU's assists on the night.

The Seasiders Ashley Moeai, Yi Lin Chun and Silvia Oliveira combined for 44 of BYUH's 60 kills, 50 of which were set by Lo Kaala.

Chaminade and BYUH face off again in Laie on October 25th. Game time is 7:30 PM.
