Honolulu, HI - The Chaminade University women's volleyball fell on senior night Saturday at McCabe Gymnasium. The visiting Hawaii Pacific Sea Warriors swept the Swords 3-0 (30-23, 30-25, 30-23).
The Sea Warriors outhit Chaminade .286 to .097 and out-blocked the Swords 32 to 11 on the match. Valasi Sepulona CU with 9 kills, followed by Kahala Kabalis and Patti Hardimon's 7 kills apiece.
Flavia Brakling led the Sea Warriors with 14 kills on 25 attacks.
Following the match, the Chaminade ohana said farewell to seniors Valasi Sepulona, Kahala Kabalis, Janeen Waialae, Kalae Araujo, Amy Richelderfer, and Michelle Norman who played their last game at McCabe Gymnasium.
The Swords are set to play BYU-Hawaii in the last regular season match on November 11th in Laie. Game time is set for 7:30 PM.
