Softball Loses Two

The Chaminade University softball team fell to 0-4 on the season today, losing to Concordia University in a double header at Central Oahu Regional Park. Concordia improves to 4-0 on the season.

The Lady Eagles took a 3-0 lead in the 1st inning of game one on their way to the 7-2 victory. The Swords Loihi McKeague brought home two runners in the 6th inning for CU's two runs.

Concordia got off to another quick start in game two and held a 2-0 lead going into the 4th inning. In CU's next at bat Harmonie Martinez knocked down a single to center field and brought home Kehaulani Yamaguchi and Pua Reis for the 2-2 tie. The game went scoreless for the next two innings before Concordia scored one run in the 7th inning to take the second game of the double header 3-2.

Chaminade plays host to Montana State-Billings on Saturday and Sunday at Palolo field. Game times are set for 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM both days.
