Honolulu, HI- The Lady Swords took care of business this Friday evening 30-17, 30-14, 30-21 over the Argos of Notre Dame de Namur. Trina Kauliakamoa led the Swords with 13 kills, while Marijana Stanic and Britnee Fonnesbeck contributed 12 and 10 kills respectively. Nikolina Rastovac added 26 assists, while Tamara Kauliakamoa added 15 assists, her season high. Ashley Elliazar added 11 digs for CUH. Throughout the match the Swords were impressive, and were attacking with success in the first two games, with hitting percentages of .405 in Game 1 and .444 in Game 2.
The Argos were led by Laura Trudelle with 7 kills. Chaminade returns to action next weekend for two matches in Laie, HI against conference rival, BYU-Hawaii. Both Friday's and Saturday's games are slated to start at 7:30 PM.
