CUH W. Tennis: Swords Defeat Red Storm of Dixie State 5-4

Kondo wins in #1 singles

Swords in earlier action

Phoenix, AZ- Chaminade's Women's Tennis Team defeated the Red Storm of Dixie State yesterday at Ironwood High School by a score of 5-4.

The Red Storm and Silverswords split the singles matches 3-3, with the difference coming in the double matches, which CUH took 2-1. Yuka Kondo, Tiffany DeVincent and Natalie Phanphengdy won in singles for Chaminade. All three also won in their doubles matches as well.

CUH is back in action today against Midwestern State at 4:00 PM MT.

The Swords will be back on the island of Oahu for a match with Hawaii Pacific on February 20^th. Match time is set for 9 AM HT at Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipahu.
