CUH W. Tennis: Swords Defeat Montana State-Billings 8-1

Chaminade sweeps doubles action

Phoenix, AZ- Chaminade's Women's Tennis Team defeated the Yellow Jackets of Montana State-Billings 8-1 this past weekend in Arizona. 

 

Chaminade took the first five singles matches and all three doubles matches in the win.  Silkie Kawahakui had an especially competitive match in #5 singles, defeating Shelby Toennis of MSU-Billings 6-2, 3-6 (10-7).   

 

The Swords will be back on the island of Oahu for a match with Hawaii Pacific on February 20th.  Match time is set for 9 AM HT at Central Oahu Regional Park in Waipahu.
