Kaneaiakala leads with 15 points

Box Score HONOLULU, HI – The Lady Swords fell to Wilmington 59-57 this afternoon in the season opener in the Oahu Classic at McKinley High School.

The Swords got off to a fast start, dominating play in the opening twenty minutes and led by ten points, 30-20 at the half.

Coach Keanini saw both sides of the contest: “We had some great hustle and some great play, but rebounding was a problem.  They were a physical team.  We played hard but we missed some easy shots and had some missed opportunities.”
