Biography
2010: Took 11th in the Pac West Championsips with a time of 26:24.9 in the 8K event at BYU-Hawaii. Received Second Team All Pac West honors.
2009: Enjoyed a solid sophomore year.Finished 26th at the 2009 Pac West Championships with a 28:27 in the 8k event at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA.
2008: As a freshman, helped lead the Swords. Was Chaminade’s highest finisher in the NCAA West Regional at UC San Diego finishing 64th with a 36:38 in the 10k event.
High School: Was the BIIF Champion in 2007 and was All-BIIF as a sophomore and junior running for the Waveriders of Kealakehe.
Personal: The son of Mike and Janis Prinslow. Second of two boys, has one brother, Brad. Hobbies include: Surfing, scuba diving, free diving, cycling, hiking, camping, swimming, mountain biking, skimboarding, bodyboarding, hammocking, and skating.
