Career:  Enjoyed one of the most stellar cross country careers in school history ... a two-time All-Pacific West Conference honoree ... competed in NCAA West Regionals all four years ... had 11 career top-10 overall finishes and two career runner-up finishes.

2014 (Senior):  Named the program's Most Outstanding Runner ... competed in four races, finishing as the Silverswords' top finisher in each event, despite injury-riddled season ... finished second overall at the 8k Chaminade Invitational at 26:03, just 10 seconds behind medalist Kevin Miller of BYU-Hawai'i (Oct. 11) ... finished the UH-Hilo Invitational 19th overall at 16:45, best 5k time of the season ... completed 8k Pacific West Conference Championships in 27th place overall with a time of 26:35.83 (Nov. 7) ... competed in fourth NCAA West Regional in Billings, Mont., but was unable to finish the course due to injury.

2013 (Junior):  Named Chaminade's Male Student-Athlete of the Year and was the team's Most Outstanding Runner... an all-Pacific West Conference Second Team selection after finishing 12th overall in the PacWest Championship in Novato, Calif., completing the 8K race in a time of 27:36 ... was the Silverswords' top finisher in all six races ... had four consecutive top-5 overall finishes ... finished the UH-Hilo Invitational second overall, only three seconds behind medalist Kevin Miller of BYU-Hawai'i, in a season-best time of 16:06 (Oct. 12) ... enjoyed fifth place overall finish at the 5k UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 14), third place at the 8k HPU Invitational (Sept. 28), the UH-Hilo Invitational and third at the 8k BYUH Invitational (Oct. 19) ... in 8k races, had a season-best time of 26:20 at the BYUH Invitational ... at the NCAA West Regional in Spokane, Wash., completed the 8K course in a time of 34:52.

2012 (Sophomore):  Named to the all-PacWest First Team after finishing sixth overall with a time of 26:26 in the 8k PacWest Championships in Kahuku, O'ahu (Nov. 3) ...  enjoyed four top-6 finishers on the year while being the first 'Sword finisher in all seven of the team's races and was named the team's Most Outstanding Runner ... finished 42nd overall in the NCAA West Regional in Kahuku in a time of 34:05 (Oct. 27) ... was the second-place finisher at the 5k UH-Hilo Invitational in a time of 15:48, a second behind the winner (Oct. 13) ... finished fifth in the 8k Chaminade Invitational at CORP Field in 23:58 (Sept. 22) ... came in fifth at the 8k BYUH Invitational in 27:21 (Sept. 15) ... finished the 5k UH Big Wave Invitational at the Kaneohe Klipper Course in 17:06 for 23rd place (Sept. 8) ... came in 15th at the 5k HPU Invitational at Kahuku Golf Course in a time of 17:14 (Sept. 1).

2011 (Freshman):  Finished the 10k NCAA West Regionals in Spokane, Wash., in 100th place in a time of 34:59 (Nov. 5) ... came in 23rd at the 8k PacWest Championship in Goodyear, Ariz., in a time of 26:37 (Oct. 29) ... finished sixth overall and was the first 'Sword to cross the finish line at the 8k Chaminade Invitational in 24:57 at CORP Field (Oct. 22) ... came in eighth overall and the third CUH finisher at the Town vs. Country 5k hosted by BYUH in 17:08 (Oct. 15) ... finished 12th overall and was the first 'Sword finisher in 22:20 at the 8k UH-Hilo Invitational at the Naniloa Volcanoes Golf Course (Oct. 8).
