2016 (Junior):  Participated in four races ... top 5k time was 28:48.20 at the UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 3) ... recorded 6k time of 37:55.3 in 6k Vulcan Invitational (Sept. 10).

2015:
Cross Country (Sophomore):  Was one of two Silverswords to participate in all six races ... had four fourth-place team finishes ... had a 5k personal-best time of 27:05.4 at HPU Invitational (Sept. 12) ... best overall finish was 18th in season-opening UH-Hilo Invitational (Aug. 29) with a time of 29:27.5 ... completed 6k Pacific West Conference Championships in 35:25.28.
Soccer (Redshirt Freshman):  Saw action in two matches ... played 16 minutes at Hawai'i Pacific (Sept. 19).

2014:  Redshirted for women's soccer team.

High School:  A 2014 graduate of Kempner High School ... helped guide Cougars to the state playoffs ... was a member of the student council and the Honors Art Society ... played club soccer for the Sugarland Dynamos.

Personal:  Parents are Ali Shah and Norma Bardon ... has two younger brothers, Aman and Memi Shah ... majoring in Business ... would like to travel and would like to become a marketing manager and a partner in her father's smoothie business ... enjoys traveling, hiking and running with fitness being important ... loves her pets and family with God being an important part of her life.
