Jessica Eligio joined the Chaminade University Athletics Department in April 2025 as the Team Support Operations Assistant. Her roles include game-day operations, media and communications, compliance and other department initiatives.
Before coming to Chaminade, Jessica was a graduate assistant at the University of Washington Athletics Department in Seattle, working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). In that role, she focused on student-athlete development, social impact initiatives, DEI programming and content creation. During her time in Seattle, she also coached junior varsity tennis at University Prep in spring 2024 and was an assistant coach for the Mililani High School tennis program during the 2024-25 academic year. Prior to her graduate work, Jessica was the Marketing, Championships and Compliance Assistant for the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC), which is a fellow West Region conference member which the Pacific West Conference is affiliated with.
Jessica played collegiate tennis at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Media Arts in 2022. She went on to complete her Master's of Education in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership at the University of Washington in 2024.
A graduate of Mililani High School, Jessica was a dedicated member of the tennis team throughout her four years and also competed in soft tennis during her senior year.
