Michele Wince joined the Chaminade University Athletic Training staff in August 2025.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michele earned her Bachelor's of Exercise Science at Bloomsberg University in Pennsylvania where she also played volleyball. She also received her Master's in Athletic Training at the University of Hawai'i Manoa where she worked with the Rainbow Warriors' football program.

Michele also has athletic training clinical experience at Sendai University in Miyagi, Japan.
