Ryan Shields Vega was tied for the lowest Chaminade score at the Tim Tierney Pioneer Shootout in Alameda, Calif., from March 14-15. The freshman fired an even-par-72 in the tournament’s second round then completed the tournament with a 2-over 74 in the third round finale. His 226 is his low score during a 54-hole event.
