Jaren Banis made three starts behind the plate in the Silverswords’ four-game series against Vanguard last weekend, going 4-of-11 with two runs, two RBI and three stolen bases. In the first game of the April 13 doubleheader, he had two hits, extending his hitting streak to 10 and made several defensive plays including a diving catch in foul territory on a bunted pop up.
