Carisma Ta‘amai went 5-for-9 and drove in six runs in the Feb. 28 doubleheader split against in-city rival Hawai‘i Pacific. The freshman had her first career multi-hit game in the opener while driving in three runs. In the nightcap, she added three more, including two doubles, and had three more RBI to help the softball team post 13 runs in the win, the most-ever for the ’Swords in the long-running series against the Sharks.
