Kyra Pagud had a stellar start to the season, totaling 106 digs, averaging 4.61 in 23 sets which included the Hawai‘i-Alaska Challenge from Aug. 20-22. At the Central Washington Invitational, the senior posted 72 digs at a 5.54 clip including a career-high 22 digs against Western Washington to earn her first career PacWest Defender of the Week award. Pagud was also named to the Invitational all-tournament team.
