Chaminade Pounds Saint Martin's

pre> Honolulu, HI - The Chaminade University men's basketball team dropped Saint Martin's College 115-68 today at McCabe Gymnasium. The Swords improve to 7-4 on the season, 1-0 in PacWest play while the Saints fall to 4-5 overall.

The Swords got off to an early 20-6 lead and took a 35-point advantage (69-34) into the break. Chaminade continued the rout in the second half by outscoring the Saints 46-34 for the 47 point win.

Chris Nelson led six Swords in double figures with 22 points. Freshman center Marko Kolaric scored a career high 16 points, Dylan McCune netted 15, Nick Frey and Dustin Mittelsteadt tallied 15 apiece and Chris Reaves added 12 points. Zack Whiting scored 8 points and handed out 13 assists in the win.

Chaminade continues their home stand when they take on PacWest Conference foe Montana State-Billings Tuesday December 4th. Game time is set for 7:30 PM.
