Silverswords Remain Perfect at McCabe

Honolulu, HI - The Chaminade University men's basketball team remains unbeaten at home this season after picking up a PacWest win over BYU-Hawaii 90-80 tonight.  The Swords have won 13 straight games at McCabe Gym with only one home game remaining in the 2004-05 season.

Chris Reaves led four Swords in double figures with 30 points on 11-20 shooting including 4-11 from behind the arc. Nick Frey scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Zack Whiting came up one rebound shy of a triple double, contributing 16 points, 13 assists and 9 rebounds while Dylan McCune added 15 points on 5-8 shooting. Senior center Dustin Mittelsteadt was huge on the glass for the Swords. He grabbed 16 rebounds and added 8 points on the night.

The two teams are set to face off again on Thursday night in Laie at 7:30 PM.
