Ellensburg, WA –Chaminade concluded the 2010-2011 season with a tough loss to Dixie State University in the 2011 NCAA West Regional Tournament. This was the third time CUH played Dixie State this year. The Swords were led by
Shane Hanson (Temecula, CA / Temecula) who posted 15 points who was an impressive five of eight from behind the arc. CUH lost 92 to 81.

Chaminade led in nearly every single category except free throws, they out-rebounded the Red Storm 47 to 36 and they made 10 three-pointers to 7 for Dixie State. The Red Storm of Dixie State shot 45 free throws to the Silverswords 24, Dixie State connected on 31 of those 45 free throws.
Jeremiah Barnes led the way for Dixie State with 22 points and 3 rebounds.
The Silverswords conclude the season with a record of 20 wins and 9 losses.
