2007-08: Redshirt 

Chaffey College: Competed for the Chaffey Panthers under Coach Jeff Klein. Berry averaged 14.5 ppg, to go along with 5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 3 steals per game. Had a high game of 30 points to go along with 9 assists and 7 rebounds against College of the Desert. 

Pierce College: A Second Team All-Conference selection as a freshman for Coach Mendelson at Pierce College. Averaged 17.5 ppg to go along with 6.5 rebounds. 

High School: Played his high school ball at Franklin Pierce High School in Tacoma, WA. Was named a First Team All-League selection as a junior and a senior for the Cardinals. Averaged 17 points to go along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals as a senior for Coach Stan Harris. 

Personal: The son of Anita Berry, Jamar was born on May 14th, 1985 in Tacoma, WA. Jamar counts amongst his close family, his grandmother Sherene Berry, his grandfather Joe O’Bryant  and his cousin, Lionel Swift.  Majoring in Business Administration at Chaminade.
