Previous College: Played at San Jose State under Coaches Craig Chaote and Oscar Crespo. As a sophomore outside hitter, played in 27 games, averaging 3.3 kills per game with a .218 hitting percentage.
High School: Played for Coach Jennifer Barbone at Glendora High School, Glendora, CA. Was a three time All Sierra League selection. Named Sierra League MVP as a senior (2004). Participated in the Junior Olympics.
Personal: The daughter of Margie and Michael Lorusso, Courtney was born in Arcadia, CA. Courtney has one brother, Kevin.
