Biography

2013:  Did not play.

2012:  Played in two matches.

2011:  Led the team with two goals on the year.  Started seven contests while playing 11 matches after coming back from an early season injury. 

High School: Max attended Europaschule school in Wiesbaden, Germany.  He competed for the clubs, Spvgg Sonnenberg, Sv Wehen and Fv Biebrich 02 in Germany.  Max finished with Sv Wehen second in the conference and won the regional cup.  He scored over 20 goals and managed 10 assists in the 2006, '07, '09, and '11 seasons.  Also, was named captain in 2009 and '10 and was a regional player in Germany for four years, while winning the regional tournament in 2008.
 
Personal: The son of Holger and Annie Gerwalt, Max resides in Wiesbaden, Germany.  One of three children, Max has two brothers, Fabian and Julian. Hobbies include playing soccer and hanging out with friends.
