2013:  Named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... participated in all six races ... was the Silverswords' third finisher in the HPU Invitational with a time of 24:31 (Sept. 28) ... top individual finish was 29th place in the UH-Hilo Invitational (Oct. 12) in a time of 23:28 ... had a season-best time of 21:52 at the Pacific West Conference Championships in Novato, Calif. (Nov. 2).

High School:  A cross-country standout for the Arroyo High Dons.  Competed for three years at the varsity level.  Was named MVP her first and second years and a captain for the last two years.  Spiegel also was a part of the track and field team and qualified for the Meet of Champions in the 800m the past three years, as well as 1^st Team All-League for cross country all 3 years.  She was a part of the California Scholarship Federation and a member of the Science Alliance club.
