2016 (Senior): Named to the Academic All-PacWest honor roll ... was the team's Scholar-Athlete and Most Outstanding Player ... went 2-7 in singles, all at No. 1 spot ... defeated Hawai'i-Hilo's Trixie Croad in straight sets, 6-4, 6-4 (Feb. 13) two days after losing to her in season-opener ... had straight set sweep (6-0, 6-0) against Tampa (March 10) ... went 2-7 in doubles ... recorded 2-6 mark in No. 1 doubles, going 2-4 with playing partner Kauanoe Beamer and 0-2 with Michelle Bucher ... played one match at No. 2 spot with Michelle Bucher.

2013 (Freshman): Made an impressive debut with the Silverswords, leading the team in total wins with six ... finished the year 4-10 in singles and 2-12 in doubles ... swept both matches in the Swords' win over George Fox (March 21) ... named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... named the team's Most Outstanding player.
High School: Prepped at Mililani High School in Mililani, O`ahu ... played junior varsity tennis as a freshman, helping to guide the Trojans to the O`ahu Interscholastic Association championship and was awarded team MVP ... played on the varsity team from her sophomore through senior years, winning the OIA championship all three seasons ... finished first in doubles for two years and second in singles in the OIA individual championships ... as a freshman, finished fourth in doubles at the HHSAA State Tournament.
Personal: Parents are Sidney and Dawn Takara of Mililani, O`ahu ... older sister, Audra, is a former Silversword tennis standout, who won the PacWest Sportsmanship Award, the prestigious Chaminade Silversword award, as well as receiving Pac West All-Academic honors ... majoring in criminal justice and criminology.
