2016 (Sophomore):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference honor roll ... was the team's Most Inspirational Player ... finished 0-8 in singles, all in No. 2 position ... went 0-9 in doubles, playing six matches with playing partner Emma Haurillon in No. 2 spot, two with Kim Takara and one with Kauanoe Beamer in the No. 1 position each.

2015 (Freshman):  Played in all 12 matches, finishing with a 1-11 record in singles and 3-9 in doubles ... lone singles victory was 6-2, 6-2 decision vs. College of Idaho (March 24) in No. 3 spot as Silverswords defeated COI, 5-4, snapping a 24-match losing streak dating back to March 2013 ... seven matches came at No. 3 position (1-6), five in No. 2 (0-5) ... finished doubles action with 3-6 record with partner Kimberly Takara ... played 10 matches at No. 2 doubles (3-7) and one each at No. 1 and No. 3 (0-1 in both).

High school:  A 2014 graduate of St. John's College ... played all four years of high school, first at American International School of Budapest for two years, then at St. John's for her junior and senior seasons ... helped guide the Cadets to back-to-back WCAC championships during both years at St. John's ... also played varsity volleyball and soccer in her freshman year and volleyball as a sophomore.

Personal:  Parents are Clement and Jackie Bucher ... has an older sister, Annie ... majoring in International Relations ... would like to pursue her master's at the University of San Diego ... played USTA Maryland JTT tennis for two years and helped guide her club team, Treeing in the Woods, to the district and sectional championships ... hobbies include going to the beach, hanging out with friends and traveling.
