2016 (Senior):  Played 14 matches with five starts ... logged 612 minutes .... part of a defense that surrendered a program-record-low 1.56 goals per match ... took eight shots, four on goal ... had season-high 75 minutes at Academy of Art (Sept. 26).

2015 (Junior):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference honor roll ... started the season's first eight matches before being lost for season to injury ... played all 100 minutes against Hawai'i-Hilo (Sept. 17).

2014 (Sophomore):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team ... played all 15 games with 13 starts ... attempted one shot.

2013 (Freshman):  Named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... played in eight games, making six starts ... attempted one shot on goal (at Hawai'i Pacific, Sept. 17).

High School:  Graduate of Kalani High School in Honolulu, Hawai'i, where she played for current Silverswords head coach, MIchelle Richardson ... helped guide the Falcons to the 2009 O'ahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division championship, a runner-up finish in the OIA Division I Tournament and a third-place finish in the Hawai'i High School Athletic Assocation Division I Championships.

Personal:  Parents are Derwin and Robin Kakugawa ... has an older sister, Dara, and a younger brother, Reece ... played club soccer with the Hawai'i Rush, where they were state champions in 2012 and 2013 ... enjoys playing soccer ... interests include photograhpy ... plans to travel the world ... majoring in biology and plans to enter medical school to be a pediatrician after graduation.
