2023 (Senior):  Academic All-Pacific West Conference ... competed in all six races ... had one first-place team finish, one second-place team finish and two third-place team finishes ... first Silversword to finish, sixth overall, at the 6-k UH Hilo Invitational (Sept. 30; Naniloa GC) in 26:33.6 ... best 5-k time was 22:10.1 at Chaminade Invitational (Sept. 16; Kapiolani Park), the fifth-lowest by a CUH runner in 5-k course history ... set personal 6-k best time of 25:15.4 at the PacWest Championship (Oct. 21; Woodward Park; Fresno, Calif.) ... finished 6-k NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4; Ash Creek Preserve; Monmouth, Ore.) in 26:27.1.

2022 (Junior):  Academic All-Pacific West Conference ... competed in all five races ... had one second-place team finish and four third-place finishes ... had two top-10 overall finishes ... top overall finish was eighth at the 5-k UH Hilo Invitational (Oct. 1), finishing with a personal best 5k time of 21:20.5 ... finished third on the team in the 6-k PacWest Championships (Nov. 5 at Oyster Bay GC, San Leandro, Calif.) in 25:35.2, a personal best in 6-k races.

Fall 2021 (Sophomore)
Cross Country:  Academic All-PacWest ... team's Most Outstanding Runner ... joined team mid-season and participated in three races … both 6-k times at Hawai‘i Pacific Invitational (Oct. 2, Kahuku Golf Course) and PacWest Championships (Oct. 23, Kahuku GC) were 29:27.5 … second-place team finish at HPU Invitational, her first career race … had first-place team finish at 5-k Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 9, Kapiolani Park) in 23:08.0.
Soccer:  Played 10 matches to help team win a program-record seven contests … attempted one shot which was on-goal.

Prep:  A 2019 graduate of Sacred Hearts Academy in Honolulu ... helped guide the Lancers to the 2019 Hawai'i High School Athletic Association Girls Soccer Championships, the school's third consecutive state tournament berth ... was also a member of the Lancers' track and field squad ... finished third in the long jump ... at the HHSAA Track and Field Championships, finished in the top 10 in the long jump and top 15 in the triple jump ... as a freshman on the junior varsity team, took first place in the long jump and second in the high jump ... joined the bowling team for the first time during senior year ... played club soccer for the Honolulu Bulls 01G (2014-18) and Leahi 01G (2018).
