Alika Williams in first year with the Chaminade University women's beach volleyball program in its 2024 debut season.

Following his high school days at boys volleyball powerhouse Punahou School, Williams enjoyed a successful collegiate career at Division I UC Santa Barbara. He then played professional sand volleyball with the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Tour. Following his pro career, he was an assistant coach for the women's volleyball program at Hawai'i Pacific University in 2004.

Currently, he is the owner of Hunakai Hi Performance, working privately with adults and kids of different age groups of the nuances of beach volleyball. Williams also is the boys head volleyball coach at the Outrigger Canoe Club.
