2017-18 (Senior):  Academic All-PacWest ... played seven games ... had a rebound vs. Fresno Pacific (Feb. 3) ... recorded a steal in regular-season finale vs. Azusa Pacific (Feb. 24).

2016-17 (Junior):  Played seven games with one start ... totaled 12 points and nine rebounds ... set career-highs of 10 points and five rebounds on 5-for-7 shooting from the floor in 132-67 win over Northwest Indian College (Dec. 31), the second-most points in program history.

2015-16 (Sophomore):  Played in seven games ... had a season-high six minutes vs. No. 5 Kansas (Nov. 23) ... had two rebounds vs. Alaska Anchorage (Nov. 13).

Minor League Baseball:  Was selected in the 28^th round (No. 841 overall) by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2013 MLB First Year Player Draft … made 13 starts in two seasons (2013-14) for the Phillies’ rookie squad in the Gulf Coast League, going 1-2 in his minor league career with an 8.35 ERA while striking out 15 in 18.1 innings pitched.
 
Previous School:  Attended Yavapai Community College in Prescott, Arizona, from 2011-13 to play baseball… logged a 3-3 career record at Yavapai with a 2.87 ERA and a save, striking out 44.
 
High School:  A 2011 graduate of Norman North High School in Norman, Okla. … set school and career records in double-doubles … earned First Team All-City and 6A All-State honorable mention in baseball as a senior, going 7-0 with a 1.90 ERA … tossed a seven-inning no-hitter.
 
Personal:  Parents are Clay and Janet Southard … has a sister, Whitney … majoring in International Trade … hobbies include fishing, bowling, doing yoga, studying business and spending time with family and friends.
