2016 (Sophomore):  Named team's Most Outstanding Runner ... was the team's top finisher in all six races ... top overall finish was seventh at 8k Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 8) in season-best 8k time of 28:52.0 ... best 5k time was 17:42.10 at UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 10) ... ran 8k PacWest Championships (Oct. 22) at Kamehameha-Hawai'i School in 35:20.84.

Previous School:  Attended the University of Hawai'i-West O'ahu (which does not have intercollegiate athletics) during the 2015-16 academic term ... made the Dean's List both semesters.

High School:  A 2015 graduate of Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, O'ahu ... ran for the Sabers' cross country team for three years and was on the track team all four ... was a National Scholar-Athlete as a junior ... was an Executive Officer for Campbell's JROTC unit.

Personal:  Parents are Tom and Tresa Bell of Ewa Beach, both of whom are retired military (U.S. Navy) ... majoring in Business Administration ... was the overall winner in the 2015 Brio Ice Cream 25k and the Hibiscus 15k (2014, '15) ... was a top-3 group finisher in several community race events including second overall in the Military Elite Division of the 2016 Great Aloha Run, 2016 Aloha Readiness Series and the 2015 Tropical Triple Crown Series ... hobbies include running, playing video games and coaching cross country and track.
