2015 (Senior):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference honor roll ... participated in all six races ... had two second-place team finishes at 5k UH-Hilo Invitational (Aug. 29) in 19:54.7 and 8k HPU Invitational (Sept. 12) in 32:22.5 ... time at HPU Invitational was personal best in 8k events ... best overall finish was 15th at 8k BYU-Hawai'i Invitational (Sept. 26) with time of 34:21.0.

2014 (Junior):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team ... team's Most Inspirational Runner ... participated in five races ... ran a 32:39 at the BYU-Hawai'i Invitational, best 8k time of the season (Sept. 20) ... finished 8k Chaminade Invitational in 33:38 (Oct. 11) ... ran 10k HPU Invitational in 46:54.27 (Oct. 25) ... logged time of 32:59.82 at the 8k Pacific West Conference Championships in Fresno, Calif. (Nov. 7).

2013 (Sophomore):  A member of the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... participated in five races ... was the Silverswords' third-place finisher twice, including at the 8K PacWest Championships in a time of 35:09 (Nov. 2) ... ran a season-best 20:03 at the UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 14) ... named the team's Scholar-Athlete.

2012 (Freshman):  Was the Will Pounds Scholarship Award winner and the team's Scholar-Athlete ... named to the Academic All-PacWest Team.

High School: Ran on the track and field team for George Washington High School in Mangilao, Guam during freshman year. 

Personal: The son of Nicanor Capule and Elleen Bourgeois ... born in Tamuning, Guam ... majoring in Criminal Justice ... plans to enter law school after graduation ... hobbies include hiking, skating, working out, and working with/fixing electronics ... is also a Spartan Obstacle Course racer.
