2013:  Participated in all six races ... had two fourth-place team finishes ... top finishing time was 20:11 at the UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 14) ... finished the UH-Hilo Invitational in 16th, his top overall finish of the season (Oct. 12) ... in 8K races, had a top time of 35:43 in the HPU Invitational (Sept. 28) ... completed the PacWest Championship in a time of 39:30 (Nov. 2).

High School:  A cross-country standout for the Geckos of George Washington High School. Competed for four years. Also finished first on island in the 110 Meter Hurdles. Kevin was also a National Honor Society member and represented Guam in the 2011 OAA Regional Track Championships, Apia, Samoa in 110 and 400 meter hurdles. Was IIAAG Champions Team All-Island in 2009, as well as champion in Track and Field his junior and senior year.

Personal: The son of Richard and Susana Ruaro. Kevin was born in Tamuning, Guam. One of two children, Kevin has one sister, Kazzandra. Hobbies include: reading, music, hiking, sleeping.
