2015 (Junior):  Was the team's Most Inspirational runner ... competed and finished as the Silverswords top runner in all six races ... had three top-10 finishes ... finished eighth overall at 8k Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 10) in 28:42.3 ... finished ninth overall at 8k BYU-Hawai'i Invitational (Sept. 26) in 29:14.0 ... was 10th overall at 5k UH-Hilo Invitational (Aug. 20) in 17:51.0 ... ran a personal-best 8k time of 27:10.01 at Pacific West Conference Championships in Riverside, Calif. (Oct. 24).

2014 (Sophomore):  Participated in five races ... was the first Silversword to cross the finish line at the 8k BYU-Hawai'i Invitational (Sept. 20), in a time of 28:50 ... was the second 'Sword to cross the finish line twice (UH-Hilo Invitational, Aug. 30; and Chaminade Invitational, Oct. 11) ... finished both 5k races in identical times of 17:42 (UH-Hilo Invitational and UH-Big Wave Invitational, Sept. 6), personal best times in 5k events ... completed 8k Pacific West Conference Championship in Fresno, Calif., in 28:01.54, setting a season-best time in 8k events.

2013 (Freshman):  Named to the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... competed in three races before an injury sidelined him for the remainder of the season ... was the Silverswords' third-place finisher twice ... top finish was 19th overall at the 8K HPU Invitational, finishing in 32:02 ... top race time was the season-opening Chaminade Invitational, finishing in 20:03.

High School:  Attended Campbell High School, competing for four years, two on the varsity squad ... earned all O`ahu Interscholastic Association West first team honors for one season ... was the Sabers' outstanding athlete for three years and was team captain for one.
