2023 (Senior):   Academic All-PacWest ... participated in all five regular season team races which includes the PacWest Championships, the only runner to accomplish the feat ... had two top-four overall finishes and one in the top five ... had four second-place team finishes ... set personal 5-k best time at 17:51.8 at the Chaminade Invitational (Sept. 16; Kapiolani Park) ... best 8-k time was 28:51.0 at the UH Hilo Invitational (Sept. 30; Naniloa GC) ... finished 8-k PacWest Championship (Oct. 21; Woodward Park; Fresno, Calif.) in 30:19.7 ... was one of two CUH men's runners to compete in the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 4; Ash Creek Park; Monmouth, Ore.) for the first time since 2013, finishing the 10-k race in 36:53.9.

Prep:  A 2020 graduate of Waipahu High School in Waipahu, O‘ahu … as a senior, finished 12th overall in the O‘ahu Interscholastic Association Cross Country Championship and sixth overall in the OIA West Division Cross Country Championship … qualified as an individual for the Hawai‘i High School Athletic Association Cross Country Championships in 2018 and ’19 … was on the Marauders’ track and field team for three years starting as a sophomore … played junior varsity basketball team during sophomore year.
