2013-14 (Sophomore):  Led the team with a 76.9 average during the spring championship season in nine matches, logging three top-5 overall finishes ... shot a season-best even-par 72 twice; once in the second round of the Aloha at O'ahu Tournament at the Turtle Bay Palmer Course (March 28), finishing in a tie for fifth overall with a 2-over 146; and also in the first round of the Chaminade Dual Match (March 11) ... fired a 1-over 73 in the final round of the Pacific West Conference Championships at the Hiddenbrooke Golf Course in Vallejo, Calif., the second-best overall score in the round despite cold temperatues and high winds that affected play ... averaged 78.0 in five matches of the non-championship fall season.

2012-13 (Freshman):  Average score of 80.0 in three rounds of scores that counted in competition ... shot a season-best 6-over-76 during the first round of the Pacific West Conference Championships in Litchfield Park, Ariz. ... ended the championships with a 161, tied with David Kirk for the second-best score among Silverswords.

High School:  A golf standout for Oldham County High School in Buckner, Kentuck .... four-year varsity letterman with a senior year stroke average of 76.2 ... winner of multiple state and regional junior tournaments ... in his junior year, shot 70 (-2) to finish runner up at the Cardinal Classic in Lexington, Kentucky ... also finished T-15^th in US Amateur Qualifying (74-75) in 2011 and qualified for the 2012 Kentucky Open with a qualifying score of 71(-1) ... ranked top 25 in the state both his junior and senior years, Render was a Kentucky Junior Masters invitee in 2011 and 2012 ... was an all-county honorable mention selection in 2009, all-county team in 2010 and 2011 and the Oldham County Player of the Year in 2012 ... as a senior, was affiliated with Christian Leadership Club and FCA.
