Previous School:  Attended Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Connecticut in 2025.
2025 (Freshman):  Played nine games with three starts … logged full 90 minutes in two matches … named to the Northeast Conference (NEC) Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.75+ GPA) and NEC Academic Honor Roll (3.2+ GPA).
 
Prep:  A 2023 graduate of Memorial High School in Frisco, Texas … earned second team all-district and first team academic all-district honors … club team was Solar Soccer Club.
 
Personal:  Father is Wilmer Velasquez and mother is Maria Zelaya … has two brothers, Brandon and Leo Zelaya … majoring in Business … would like to play soccer professionally … enjoys reading, photography and watching anime.
