Nikolas Dudley is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Chaminade men's soccer team.

In his first season as an assistant coach in 2014, Dudley helped guide the Silverswords to a program-record six wins after the team went 0-15-1 the year prior. The 5 1/2 game improvement was one of the best in the turnarounds in the nation. Dudley also helped the 'Swords score 18 goals, the second-most in program history, and the most since 2009. The team's defense also showed marked improvement by setting a program record with 29 goals allowed. By contrast, the 'Swords scored only 10 goals and surrendered 67 in 2013.

Dudley is a former Silversword, having played from 2010-11, then completed his playing eligibility in 2013. He played in 42 career games with 27 starts. During the 2011 season, he accounted for four points with a goal and two assists.

Dudley is a graduate of Saint Louis School, where he was played soccer for the Crusaders from 2006-08.
