Biography

High School:  A soccer standout for the Marauders at Waipahu High, Neil started in the midfield. His senior year he made 1st Team Hawaii All Star.  Neil graduated with honors (cum laude).  
 
Personal: The son of Cornelius and Inocencia Guiang, Neil was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.  Neil is the youngest of 2 siblings with one older brother (Harold) and one older sister (Beverly). Hobbies include: bodyboarding, skateboarding, golfing, and eating.
