The 2019 season is the 15th year for George "Keoki" Fisher an assistant coach for Chaminade softball where he helps prepare the field for play on game days. From 2005 to '16 he served as the team's pitching coach.
 
Fisher started coaching in 1972 and has coached Little League baseball and softball, as well as at the high school and ASA softball levels.
 
A graduate of Kailua High School, Fisher served in the US Navy Seabees and is retired from Hawaiian Electric after 38 years.
 
Fisher and his wife, Louise, have a son, James, and daughter, Carolyn, who is a graduate of Chaminade, and played softball with the Silverswords from 2005 to '08.
