The 2023 season will be the seventh for Tony Pang Kee as an assistant coach for the Chaminade University softball team. He is the team's base-running coach and also works with their strength and conditioning. He returned to the team after a one-year absence in 2022.
Pang Kee played football for the University of Hawai'i-Manoa from 1989-91 as a defensive back and holds the UH record with five others for the most interceptions in a game with three against Cal State Fullerton in October 1990. He originally attended Linfield University to play football as a freshman in 1987. He received all-conference honors at both UH and Linfield.
Pang Kee received his degree from UH-Manoa in 1992 and is a 1987 graduate of Castle High School in Kaneohe.
