2013 (Senior):  Played in 26 games with one start ... batted .235 with six runs ... delivered first career RBI in final career at-bat on Senior Night vs. Hawai'i-Hilo (April 28), her first career start.

2012 (Junior): Competed in twenty contests starting one. Batted .143, scoring 2 runs and getting 1 hit on the season.  Also contributed 2 putouts on the season. 

High School:  A six-sport standout for the Lady Tigers at Terra Nova High School. Played three years of softball and was 1^st First Team All-League twice with two league championships. A three year starter on the girls basketball team, with all league honors twice and league championships. She also lettered in swimming, volleyball, tennis and soccer. Received academic honors and was a member of Leadership as the Rally Commissioner.

Personal: The daughter of Alfonso and Diana Bocanegra, Dominique was born in Daly City, CA but has been raised in Brisbane, CA her whole life. One of two children, Dominique has one brother, Anthony, who is her biggest inspiration for living a healthier way of life because of his major personal lifestyle change. Hobbies include: going to the beach with friends, checking out nice scenery, eating, being crafty & working out. Dominique has applied to be part of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps after graduation in May 2013. Dominique is graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Business at Chaminade.
