2017 (Senior):  Academic All-PacWest ... team's Scholar-Athlete and Most Inspirational runner ... competed in all five races ... improved 5k times in each race ... set career-best 5k time with 24:28.1 at HPU Invitational (Oct. 7) ... completed 6k PacWest Championships (Oct. 21) in 31:05.9.

2016 (Junior):  Academic All-PacWest ... participated in all six races ... set personal best in 5k races with 26:15.0 at Chaminade Invitational (Oct. 8) ... top 6k time was at the Vulcan Invitational (Sept. 10) in 36:12.5 ... finished 6k PacWest Championship (Oct. 22) at Kamehameha-Hawai'i School in 36:52.4.

2015 (Sophomore):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference honor roll ... participated in three races ... was team's third finisher at 5k UH Big Wave Invitational (Sept. 5) with finishing time of 28:52.99 ... had season-best 5k time of 28:27.9 at HPU Invitational (Sept. 12) ... had a 19th overall finish at 5k season-opening UH-Hilo Invitational (Aug. 29) with a time of 29:55.0.

2014 (Freshman):  Named to the Academic All-PacWest Team ... competed in all six races ... made collegiate debut in the 5k UH-Hilo Invitational, logging a season-best time of 27:11 (Aug. 30), the second Silversword to cross the finish line ... was the team's third finisher at the 5k UH Big Wave Invitational at 28:03.2 (Sept. 6) ... finished the 6k HPU Invitational in 33:08.33 (Oct. 25) ... completed the 6k Pacific West Conference Championships in Fresno, Calif., in 35:41.09 (Nov. 7).

High school:  A 2014 graduate of Nolan Cathlolic High School in Fort Worth, Texas ... advanced to the Texas State Meet in cross country ... helped lead Vikings to a fourth-place finish in the state meet.

Personal:  Parents are Bill and Pam Shedden ... has an older sister, Sara, an older brother, Jon, and a younger sister, Katey ... majoring in Environmental Studies ... would like to get her dive masters and attend graduate school after graduation ... enjoys scuba diving, hiking and triathlons.
