2013:  A member of the Pacific West Conference All-Academic Team ... participated in all six races ... had two fifth-place team finishes (Chaminade Invitational, Sept. 7; UH Big Wave Invitational, Sept. 14) ... top overall finish was 21st place twice (UH-Hilo Invitational, Oct. 12; BYUH Invitational, Oct. 19), best overall finishes of the season ... ran a season-best time of 26:07 at the Pacific West Conference Championships in Novato, Calif. ... named the men's and women's cross country program as the Most Inspirational runner.

2012:  Was named the team's Most Inspirational runner.

High School:  Attended Xavier High School in Chuuk, which is also located in the Federated States of Micronesia. Participated in both basketball and track during all four years of high school.

Personal: Born on the island of Pohnpei, which is one of the four island-states that make up the Federated States of Micronesia. Was raised on four different islands in Micronesia: Saipan, Palau, Chuuk, and Pohnpei. One of seven siblings, Nicole has two brothers and four sisters and is the third oldest. Hobbies include: playing basketball and running.  Currently an Environmental Studies major with a minor in Biology.
