2014 (Senior):  Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team ... played in all 30 matches with 114 sets ... made two starts before moving to libero for final 13 matches of the season ... led team with career-high 349 digs ... ranked 19th in Pacific West Conference with a 3.06 dps average ... was second on team with 27 service aces ... tied for 20th in PacWest with 0.24 aces per set average ... logged career-high 32 digs vs. Academy of Art (Oct. 30) ... career-high four aces and season's only kill at Holy Names (Oct. 3) ... had 17 matches of double-digit digs, including five of 20 or more ... had six multi-ace matches ... tallied 33 assists.

2013 (Junior):  Played in all 25 matches with 16 starts ... finished second in digs with 188 (2.24 per set) ... tied for fourth in service aces with 12 ... also had 18 assists ... had a season-high 28 digs in a win at Holy Names (Oct. 6) ... had 3 aces in a win at Hawai'i-Hilo (Sept. 26), then matched it in the Swords' upset over 23rd-ranked Fresno Pacific (Oct. 25).

2012 (Sophomore):  Saw action in all 24 matches, starting seven at defensive specialist.  Was third on the team in digs with 181 (2.29 per set) ... finished fourth in service aces with 14 ... set a season-high 30 digs against Montana State-Billings (Aug. 30) ...had 21 digs vs. Seattle Pacific (Aug. 31) ... recorded her only kill of the season in a 5-set, come-from-behind, win over Dixie State (Sept. 19).

2011 (Freshman): Competed in 13 matches, recording 16 digs in her freshman campaign for Chaminade.

High School: Played four years at Notre Dame Belmont High School for Monica Marcuson and Anne Urlich. In 18 games, had 108 digs averaging to 6.0 digs a set on the girls' varsity volleyball team.  In Division III, Notre Dame finished second in the Nor Cal and second in the Central Coast Section.

Personal: The daughter of Mike and Lisa Maskarich, Athena was born in Redwood City, Calif.
