2015 (Senior): Named to the Academica All-Pacific West Conference hono roll ... played all 28 matches and one of only two Silverswords to play all 114 sets ... had 481 digs and ranked 11th in Pacific West Conference in digs per set (4.22) ... was third on team with 116 assists, averaging 1.02 aps ... had four service aces and four kills ... had career-high 43 digs in win at Dixie State (Oct. 7) ... tallied double-digit digs in all but two matches ... had season-best nine assists in win at Academy of Art (Nov. 5).
2014 (Junior): Named to the Academic All-Pacific West Conference Team ... played only three matches towards the end of season due to injury ... had 20 digs ... season-best nine digs vs. Academy of Art (Oct. 30).
2013 (Sophomore): Selected as Chaminade's Female Student-Athlete of the Year ... named to the all-Pacific West Conference Third Team at libero ... tallied 403 digs, ranking fourth in the PacWest at 4.58 dps ... also had 71 assists ... twice had season-highs of 28 digs, first at Academy of Art (Oct. 2), then in the Silverswords' win over 23rd-ranked Fresno Pacific (Oct. 25), marking their first victory over a nationally-ranked team in seven years ... named the PacWest Defender of the Week on Oct. 25 after averaging 5.38 digs in wins over Art U and FPU ... recorded double-digit digs in all but 4 matches ... named the team's Most Inspirational player.
2012 (Freshman): Began the season at outside hitter, starting four of the first 5 matches for the Swords before being moved to libero against Western Oregon (Sept. 7) for the remainder of the season. As an outside hitter, put down a season-best 11 kills in the season opener against Montana State-Billings (Aug. 30). Recorded a team-high 335 digs (4.04 dps) with a season-best 38 in a 5-set come-from-behind win over Dixie State (Sept. 19). Had 19 double-digit dig contests, including five with 20 or more. Named the team's Most Inspirational player.
High School: Prepped at McKinley High School as a four year varsity starter. As a freshman, Walker made the OIA White First Team; as a sophomore, received OIA Red Athlete of the Year as well as OIA Second Team her junior season. Walker was also a four year Honor Roll Student.
Personal: The daughter of Rodney and Edna Walker. Brenda has a one year old son, Zehrimiah. Majoring in Chaminade Nursing Program, Brenda’s favorite food is Teddy's Bigger Burgers.
