Spencer K.Y. Chang, MD is board-certified in orthopedics. He has been working for Straub Medical Center since 2004, specifically at the Bone and Joint Center. His professional interests include the treatment of the upper and lower extremity sports injuries and the foot and ankle.

He attended medical school at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa while his residency was also with UH and he focused on orthopedic surgery. Dr. Chang is an Orthopedic Consultant and volunteer pole vault coach with the UH women's track and field team.
