Gracie Bowers scored three of the Silverswords’ five goals to help the Silverswords start their Pacific West Conference season at 2-0. She scored two goals in their 3-0 win over Academy of Art on Sept. 28 then had the insurance goal in the Oct. 1 victory over Dominican. Bowers was named the PacWest Player of the Week for her efforts.
